Connections: Sunday Greeter

Description

Using your gifts and talents to help keep create and encourage a welcoming environment at FPCL and enhance relationships between FPCL family members and greet, welcome and direct visitors on Sunday mornings Looking for:

• Be able to assess someone in need of assistance

• Be willing to engage in conversation as needed

• Be able to sit or stand in a designated space for two 20 minute time slots

Commitment

20 minutes before and after one of the services on sunday morning

Connections: Sunday Fellowship

Description

Using your gifts and talents to help create a welcoming space for FPCL family to gather for fellowship. Set up Fellowship Hall/Courtyard for Sunday Fellowship Time (FT) by making coffee and placing carts in designated areas, followed by cleaning up kitchen, Fellowship Hall and Courtyard afterwards.

Looking for people to:

• Be able to make coffee

• Be able to set up and move carts

• Be able to clean kitchen to FPCL standards

• Be able to welcome visitors and FPCL family

Commitment

25 minutes before designated service, and 45 minutes during FT and 30 minutes after FT
3 services = 9 time slots to be filled by different teams

Description

Using your gifts and talents to help place signs on Sunday morning for the 9:30 service

Looking for people to:

• Move & place sandwich board signs on campus

Commitment

Put signs out at 9:00 am and away before 10:30 am
