Monthly Mission/World Service: Presbyterian Women demonstrates faith and commitment through mission service projects within the local church, community and the world.

Sept-Oct: Thank Offering is a national PW project funding 20 - 30 projects a year that are not included in ongoing General Assembly mission support. The grants are awarded to projects which focus on improving the quality of life of those being served by a broad range of services such as health, education, economic development, child development, job training, criminal justice, women's centers, and advocacy for a broad range of various causes.
Nov: Church wide Blanket Sunday/ and PW Thank Offering A long-standing tradition sponsored by PW, Blanket Sunday is a yearly collection to support the purchase of blankets for Church World Service, an international aid organization well known for disaster relief activities around the world. The generosity of PW and their families and congregations are needed to continue these important projects. ( http://www.presbyterianmission.org )
Dec: FPCL Giving Tree - Supports Tri-Valley Haven's holiday program
Jan-Feb: PW Birthday Offering  National PW offering established in 1922. Chosen recipients find real solutions for projects related to health, education, economic development, and the needs of women and children. Each year, as many as five new projects - domestic and international, are selected for support. 
March-April: Living Water World Missions  This mission empowers local ministry partners to provide training and operation of water purification systems for communities in need. https://www.livingwaterworldmissions.org/ 
May-June: Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA ) Refugee and Asylum Seeker Emergencies Supplements One Great Hour of Sharing with additional support.  Funds will be designated for California Border. 
July/Aug: School Backpack Project, Livermore, CA - Provide backpacks, school supplies and food to needy children in the tri-valley.
