Youth Bell Choir

Being able to read music is helpful but not required. Experienced youth ringers are encouraged to play multiple bells and learn advanced techniques as well as helping to coach our beginners to learn all basic handbell techniques. The bell choir will play in worship on a regular basis.
Wednesday Morning Bells
This is the place to begin! This bell group is open to all adults interested in learning to ring handbells. No experience is needed to join this group. Being able to read music is helpful but not required. Whether you are retired and looking for a way to keep your brain sharp or a stay at home mom looking for fellowship while making beautiful music there's room for you in this group.
This bell choir is open to experienced adult ringers. High school youth may be invited to ring at the discretion of the director. It is expected that members of this choir can read music, are confident with all basic bell techniques, and desire a musical challenge. Celebration Chimes rings in worship at least once a month and in the community occasionally. Choir members participate in The Handbell Musicians of America bell festivals and a yearly retreat at Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center at Lake Tahoe in August.
Is a small ensemble of experienced ringers who enjoy the challenge of ringing multiple bells without a director. These advanced ringers often attend handbell festivals and workshops, play regularly at both worship services and for special events.
