FPCL Children's Ministry

10:30 am Worship Service: All children's Programs and Childcare

9:00 am Worship Service: Childcare only

At First Presbyterian Church Livermore, our children's program is a place where children can grow in their understanding of the Bible, share in the love of Jesus Christ, and develop a lasting faith in God.

The month of May has its focus on the Bible story "The Acts of the Apostles"

Our Bible memory verse is from 1 John 4:19 "We love each other as a result of His loving us first."

Interim Directors of Children's Ministry Hired!

We are pleased to announce that interim positions have been filled to cover our Children's and Youth ministries for the next several months.  The Personnel Committee, with the approval of Session, has contracted with Kristen Salcedo and Jen Wilde to cover the area of children's ministry through the end of September.   Youth is being led by Pastor Steve during this same period.  The selection was based on interviews of candidates from within our congregation who would be able to step up to carry on our Children's Programs during this time of transition.  Pastor Steve was willing to assume the responsibilities of the Youth Program during this interim period.  Session is currently working on a long term staffing solution for our ministry with children and youth.  As that plan develops, the congregation can expect to receive more information.  We appreciate very much you keeping our Session and our staff in your prayers as we move forward.

Volunteering

FPLC has many volunteer opportunities for people who are gifted and feel the call to serve in our Sunday morning children’s program. Please contact the office for more information at 925-447-2078
